Are you going to make a version of smdm that removes the trails for the nailgun? It slows down my p.c and on big maps it can slow it down to < 0fps

This is still happening? We removed the bullet puff trails, and I didn't get anymore complaints of it causing lag spikes. I was going to remove the trails as well if that caused problems...but like I said, no one said anything about it.

Well I dunno, we'll see...if I ever get the time to release a patch, I will. Otherwise, I'll get rid of them in SMDM II.

*edit*

...or are you talking about slowing down...as in not PING-wise, but computer wise? If its the latter...well I'll still consider it, but not as much. Again though, if not in SMDM, it will be gone in SMDM II.

CPU wise, and I never mentioned it because I never had the problem until I played in the FNF with 5 people firing it at once. I swear that my FPS is going so low; it could start going into the negatives (lol, reverse FPS)

Sure! However, I gotta get all of the crap together first...then you can help me out (I'm pretty sure I've got all of the dropped stuff on this comp here somewhere...).

Patiences youngins....patience! Shooter, when do you want that Resource Wad? I can probably whip it together in an hour or so...I was going to remove some texture and flats...and then add some things. Just let me know

Are there maps so horrible that even they won't be in the director's cut.

Nope...all of them (that includes DOS's leak!) will be in there...as long as I still have them somewhere on my computer.

Plus, We can take a look at some of the maps that were drastically improved. Like Belials maps and my unimproved/symmetrical Martyrs Court, etc.

Maybe the unworking weapons too.
And as a tribute to the project, everyone on the sabbat martyr team, makes a map? DM? COOP?

Sounds interesting.

Hehe, and it was all my idea as well.

I still have some of the old SMDM maps and betas on my HD, such as Belial's Hell, Phendrana Drifts and The Green Room. Not sure why, but there you go. :D

I'm sure I have all the way up to Beta 2 somewhere on my HD. It's probably in one of my many "Junk" folder where I put stuff I like to save but will not really need it.

[EDIT] Oh yeah, Mech, I'll take the RW anytime you feel like giving to me. :)

If there is a director's cut wad, that Ash skin damn well better be in it.
