everytime I look for a server/game to play in, I get the following message:

"C:\Program Files\Skulltag.exe is a directory or doesn't exist."

I have no clue what that means, but I used to have skulltag and it worked great, then I uninstalled it by accident, then reinstalled it, and now it won't work. Anyone got any ideas or experienced this?

It looks like you don't have Doomseeker pointed to your Skulltag directory properly.

Go to Options > Configure

Click on "Engines" and under "Path to executable" Point it to the Skulltag.exe in your skulltag directory.

Okay, I just tried that, and it worked somewhat, but then when the wadseeker opened to locate the wads I needed to join a game, it gave me this message: "CRITICAL ERROR: No target directory specified! Aborting"
Very confusing...

Options > Configure > File paths

Add the folders where your IWAD(s) and PWADS are located.

Metalhead forgot to mention the path specified under Options->Configure->Wadseeker->Directory where Wadseeker will put wads into:.

That should solve the problem with Wadseeker. It may be useful to consult the Doomseeker page on the wiki.
