Max. Health Bonus
Increases your maximum base health and maximum health by one point. So, if you picked up one of these, medkits and stimpacks would bring your health up to 101%, and a soulsphere, etc. would bring your health up to 201%! The absolute maximum health is 250%, and the absolute maximum base health is 150%.

Increases your maximum base armour and maximum armour by one point. So, if you picked up one of these, green armour would bring your armour up to 101%, and blue and red armour would bring your armour up to 201%! The absolute maximum armour is 250%, and the absolute maximum base armour is 150%.
